I seriously can’t understand how this is legal.

I hate this show.

I really hate that show too oh my god

I like it because it has car.

I don’t know about any other cities, but in New York the police send undercover cops pretending to be drunk into the subway in order to catch would be thieves. If that’s legal, bait cars have to be as well, and as a matter of fact they’ve been in use here since the mid 90s.
